SHOULD 10 NON WINNERS IN 2 YEARS BE MATCHED UP TOGETHER?

IN HORSE RACING WHEN THERE ARE 10 NON WINNERS THEY ARE MATCHED UP IN A ''MAIDEN RACE'' ASSURING THAT ONE OF THE 10 WILL BECOME A WINNER , INSTEAD OF THE TITLE RALLY WHICH PITS ONE ON ONE SHOULD THIS MAIDEN RACE SYSTEM BE USED IN COMPETITIVE EATING EVENTS THUS ALLOWING NON WINNING LOWER RANKED EATERS TO ADVANCE TO A HIGHER RANKING ( move up in class)?what is your take on this thought.....

That is probobly the most effective way to determine rankings instead of their random handpicked formula of deciding who is ranked ahead of another eater. If they run a maiden race type contest , at least the ifoce will have an excuse to fall back on when an eater bitches about his ranking. The way the ranking system stands right now is very poor.
