REVIEW OF THE WEEK...THE LEMONLEAF GRILL
THE LEMONLEAF GRILL IS LOCATED AT 536SOUTH BROADWAY RT 107 HICKSVILLE N.Y. IN THE COMPARE SHOPPING CENTER EXIT 41 S ON THE L.I.E.OPOEN 7 DAYSA WEEK FROM 11: 30 -1o:30 MON- THURS AND TO 11:30 FRI .& SAT AND SUN FROM 1:oo to10PM LUNCHEON SPECIALS MON - SAT TILL 3:3o . THE FOOD IS THAI STYLE COOKING.IT IS ZAGAT RATED. THERE ARE 30 LUNCHEON SPECIAL TO CHOOSE FROM AND AT LEAST 50ITEMS ON THE REGULAR MENU INCLUDING SOUP, APPETIZER SALADS NOODLE FRIED RICE ENTREES VEGETABLES CURRY SEAFOOD AND DESERT.I WAS THERE CELEBRATING MY NIECES RETURN FROM COLLEGE ON HER SPRING BREAK. WE STARTED OFF WITH GAENG GOONG SAPPARAOD (PINEAPPLE SHRIMP CURRY) WHICH IS A PANANG CURRY SIMILAR TO A BOWL OF SOUP AND IS SERVED WITH WHITE RICE "OUTSTANDING'' IT WAS SPICY AND ALL SPICY DISHES ARE MARKED ON THE MENU BEFORE HAND .2ND WE HAD A PLATE OF PHAD THAI NOODLES SORT OF LIKE A THAI VERSION OF LO MEIN I ALWAYS GET THESE TWO DISHES WHEN I'M THERE THEN WE ORDERED THE PL LARD PRIK WHICH IS A WHOLE SNAPPER DEEP FRIED BROUGHT OUT ON A SIZZLING PLATTER ( A VERY DRAMATIC ENTRANCE FOR THE FISH) I WAS BLOATED AND SKIPPED DESERT AND OPTED FOR THE COMPLEMENTARY ORANGE SEGMENTS THE ENTIRE BILL WITH TAX CAME TO $47 for 2 PEOPLE MONEY WELL SPENT, THUMBS UP ON THIS PLACE...DON LERMAN

You wonder why you haven't lost any weight. All you do is frequent restaurants and buffets. Why didn't your neice appear in the pictures?

IT was an oversite not to take any pictures of my nice,and you right I'll never lose weight if I keep reviewing resturants , I may have one of my relatives or friends do the reviewing and eating at the resturants for me
Could have put your niece in the shots, but those pics were great!!
I think you should come up with your own rating system, like on a scale of 1-10 or 1-5. Maybe you can use lightning bolts. You should rate places in many categories like; atmosphere, price, taste, portion, service, etc. Then give your overall rating.
