I've been fighting a battle with my weight for 30 years. I lose a major amount and keep it off for a few years and gain it right back.It will not affect me in the up commimg contests, I asure you

every contest is unique, whats diificult for one person may be easy for others ,having said that I'd say the jalapeno peppers pr maybe the calve brains
