Is Kobayashi Distancing Himself From Nathans?Whats Your Opinion ? Here's Mine......
From a thread on Eatfeats .Comhttp://eatfeats.com/ and Kobayshis own site he will be promoting a McDonald's Hot Dog Contest in Japan Though he most probably has no contractual obligation to Nathan's Famous or the I.F. O. C. E. ,In my opinion , its just not right .I Myself had an opportunity to be promoting 5 Cents Hot dog night at a triple A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies and I turned it down , I told the Pr Dept.that though I'am not under any legal contract with Nathan's Famous , They did honor me by putting my picture on their Wall Of Fame and let me receive My Lifetime Achievement Award at their 4th of July contest, And I was never top dog only a mere 4Th -place finisher in 2001. Koby don't do it stay with Nathan's as an unofficial goodwill ambassador
