Hanna you think its easy? When you hit 40 anything you eat decides to make a permanent home in your intestines instead of entering and exiting like it did before you reach that age. There are many all you can eat buffets and delicious pastry shops that are very tempting. Shows such as Man vs food certainly doesnt help matters either
